Accessing iTrent
Introduction
iTrent is the University's Human Resources and Payroll System. A module within this system is Recruitment.
Accessing iTrent within Queen's (On-campus)
iTrent can be accessed on-campus by clicking the following URL:
https://hrcampus.qub.ac.uk/tlive_web
Accessing iTrent outside Queen's (Off-campus)
iTrent can be accessed off-campus by:
- Using the University's Virtual Private Network (VPN) service, on a University issued Windows device.
- Using the University's Global Secure Access (GSA) service, on a University issued Mac device (or a personal Windows device).
Install the GSA Client
If you haven't already used this service, request access to the GSA Client by email:

- Subject: GSA Access Request for iTrent
- Message Content:
Please can I have access to the GSA Client to access iTrent off-campus.
My staff number is [insert staff number].
My personal device is a [QUB issued Mac / Personal Mac / Personal Windows] device.
Once the client is installed, you'll be prompted to log in using your University credentials.
